Cancellation Policy

As a traveling stylist, my availability is limited to one week per month in Chicago. To best serve all my clients, I have implemented the following policy. -If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling is considered a cancellation, as client is unable to fulfill original appointment. -Clients can reschedule their appointments within the same calendar week that I am in town without penalty. -Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and online booking will be restricted. Please note that these policies are in place to ensure fairness and respect for our time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
